ABOUT THE GAME

Welcome to TerraScan! Here, we build and launch satellite to scan the earth and help ground-based international organisation for climat by analyse space view. 

(This game is a submission for the Space Game Jam 99 based on the theme: Climat: espace commun)

HOW TO PLAY

• On the title screen, press Play to get into your office
• When inside your office, there are a helpful tutorials to help you on your task, please read them.
• Firstly, you should build your satellite in the Satellite Builder app in the PC and choose the upgrades you need :

The antenna reduces the download time The camera allows for a better resolution on the images The solar panels upgrades the amount of usage your satellite gets back every minute The Power Unit gives more usages

• Then, you can receive your first mission from the Fax and accept it
• Head into the Satellite Management app in the PC to see your satellites
• Click on your first satellite and choose the mission in the suitable missions
• Now you can go the Photo Analyser app and wait for the download to finish
• Finally you need to use the different filters to detect the issues (like fires or pollution) and click on them on the grid
• When complete, submit your report and go onto the next mission

How to download

• Click on the Download button
• Click on "No thanks, just take me to the downloads" to download the game directly
• When the download is finished, right-click on the TerraScan.zip file, then click on "Extract all" and "Extract"
• Open the TerraScan folder
• Launch TerraScan.exe
